Appointment Deposit & Cancellation Policy

Appointment Deposit Requirement

To reserve your appointment time, a deposit is required at the time of booking. Your appointment is not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.

The deposit will be applied toward your total service cost at the time of your appointment.

Because appointment times are reserved specifically for each client, deposits help us ensure availability for families who need our services.

Same-Day Emergency Appointments

We understand that lice situations can happen unexpectedly and sometimes require immediate attention.

Same-day emergency appointments may be available based on scheduling availability.

Same-Day Emergency Appointment Requirements:

  • A higher deposit may be required to secure the appointment.

  • Same-day appointments are limited and offered on a first-available basis.

  • The emergency appointment deposit is non-refundable if canceled or missed.

  • Please contact us by phone or text for same-day availability.

Rescheduling

We understand that schedules can change. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

Appointments may be rescheduled without losing your deposit when proper notice is provided.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

  • Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance: Deposit may be transferred to a future appointment or refunded (based on business policy).

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment: Deposit is non-refundable and may be forfeited.

  • No-shows: Deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit may be required to schedule future appointments.

Late Arrival

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may reduce available treatment time and could require rescheduling depending on the schedule.
